Working Principle

1. Drill the Hole – Drill a hole of the correct diameter and depth in the base material.
2. Insert the Anchor – Place the expansion bolt assembly into the hole until the washer sits flush.
3. Tighten the Nut – Tightening the nut pulls the bolt’s cone into the sleeve, forcing it to expand.
4. Anchor Effect – The sleeve wedges tightly against the hole walls, creating a secure locking effect.

• Tighten 2–3 turns until resistance, then continue to fully expand. Avoid overtightening.
